Hey Team - CSM Concierge here! I have over 8 years of Customer Success Management experience and still actively work in the space (day job). I’ve learned a lot through great mentors and just doing the job, and want to share that knowledge with others who are looking to grow their careers.

The Story
A great mentor once told me “We need to be less academic, and get tactical.” I’ve taken this quote with me as a reminder that when accounts aren’t going your way, sometimes you just need clear, actionable advice, and not just “high level” best practices about handling difficult customer interactions.
Fast forward a couple years, and I became the first customer-facing hire at a SaaS startup. The opportunity to build a CS organization from scratch was super exciting, but I wanted to go into the new role with a plan of attack, and needed some actionable advice.
I spent hours upon hours reading through books and online articles about CSM best practices. While I learned a lot through that process, it was incredibly time consuming. I realized there’s an opportunity to take that knowledge, mix it with the knowledge and experience I have from doing the CSM role, and turn it all into actionable advice.
My hope is that CSM Concierge acts as a resource for people at all levels of their CSM career to help you “get tactical” right away.
